"Honestly, the pricing was a relief"
I was kind of bracing myself for some random extra charges, so I was a little skeptical at first. But nope, everything was laid out clearly enough, and I actually felt relieved by the end. Fair overall, which was nice.

"Really happy with the deep clean"
I booked neatclean for a deep clean and was pleased with how it turned out. They cleaned areas I hadn’t even thought about in a while, like behind furniture and around the edges of the oven. The bathroom looked noticeably better too. I appreciated that they took their time and didn’t make it feel rushed. The whole place felt properly cleaned afterwards, not just quickly wiped down. I’d definitely consider using them again if you’re looking for a solid deep clean.

"Clear updates the whole way"
I booked through neatclean.com and the communication was just really easy the whole time.

They got back to me quickly, explained what was included and I never felt like I had to chase anyone for times or details. I had one small question too and the answer was simple, no confusing back and forth.
